Quebec Regional Council’s Women’s Committee makes strides in their organization

The Quebec Women’s Committee has created a movement among male UBC members in the province. The movement, called “Ensemble, c’est ensemble”, urges all member to stand up when they witness harassment and inappropriate behaviour.
Officers and delegates of Local Unions 134, 160, 380, 761 and the Quebec Regional Council were invited to a workshop on harassment and discrimination on November 3, 2022. General Manager of the Montreal Alouettes gave testimony on his experience in a male-dominated field and how he views the ongoing battle for women in these environments.
